For bugs, account issues, Cloud Sync problems, feature questions, and general help:

Note: Messages are read by the same place either way, but support@noctara.org keeps things organized. That usually means better tracking, fewer missed details, and faster replies when something needs follow-up.

What to include

  • Page: where it happened (Watchlist, Portfolios, News, Settings, etc.)
  • Steps: what was clicked, in order
  • Expected result: what should have happened
  • What happened instead: error message, blank state, weird behavior
  • Device details: macOS/Windows/iOS/Android + browser name (Chrome/Safari/etc.)
  • Cloud Sync: linked or unlinked (web app)

Business or legal

For business inquiries, legal requests, partnerships, or anything sensitive, email support@noctara.org and put one of these at the start of the subject:

  • [Business]
  • [Legal]
  • [Press]

Those messages get routed correctly and handled separately from regular support.
